Your research flows so effortlessly throughout the book. When I read a sports bio, I don’t enjoy a recounting of games, I prefer to know what’s going on behind the scenes. You tackled this aspect of telling Albertine Lapensée’s story with great detail. I also enjoyed your thoughts on what might have happened if there was no corroborating evidence. You left no stone UN-turned and I’m sure your career as a police officer assisted you in unlocking Albertine’s story. Congratulations on seeing it through to its compassionate ending.
